Concerned that soft tissue injuries account for 30% or more of your reportable injuries?

Regardless of the job description, a large percentage of the US workforce suffers from aches, pains, and work related conditions that they will typically attribute to the nature of the work they do, or their age.   The good news is that these conditions are frequently not the result of our work, but how we use our bodies to do our work.  These conditions are not necessarily from getting older, but from how much damage we allow to accumulate as we get older.  Performing physical or repetitive work with stressful body postures and working techniques can cause microscopic damage to accumulate and affect how we feel over time.

This damage is called Cumulative Trauma.  Most of our clients have experienced that you can significantly and cost effectively solve this challenge without having to change the tools, equipment, or the job itself.

What would be the overall benefit to your company if your employees could prevent most of this damage and reduce the incidence of these soft tissue injuries for the long term?
