The Ergo-Power® Injury Prevention Program was created by Dr. Andrew Murro to address the concerns and experiences of safety professionals across the country in dealing with this challenge. One common experience they share is that traditional training approaches and processes did not seem to be very effective at reducing the incidence of these injuries. Another shared experience is that good ergonomic improvements alone could not adequately address most of these challenges.
